Binford Ridge is a new neighborhood development adorning the western face of Gresham Butte. One of the many benefits for living in this particular area are the beautiful sunsets! Homeowners here enjoy the security of maintaining home value by membership in the Binford Ridge Homeowners Association. Our association is currently anticipating the addition of Binford Village, a small adjoining development to the east of Binford Ridge which will join and complete a loop between Binford Ridge Parkway with NE 23rd Avenue.

The purpose of this site is to facilitate a sense of community in our neighborhood and encourage participation in the development of our Homeowners Association.
